Rest Easy! The Smoke Detector Man Does All the Work!

Installing a Hardwire Detector with Battery Backup

  • Ionization Detector: $35
  • Photo-Electric Detector/Dual Sensor (Ion and Photo): These are special order items. Please call for pricing.

Installing a Battery Only Detector

  • Ionization Detector: $30

Installing a Wireless Detector

  • Wireless ionization smoke detectors: $70

This technology gives you the benefits of a hardwired system (interconnect warning) without having to hardwire your house.

Installing a Carbon Monoxide Detector

  • Ceiling or wall mounted, hardwired with battery backup: $70
  • CO detector/smoke detector combo, ceiling or wall mount,
    hardwired with battery backup: $75

Detector already purchased

  • If you've already purchased smoke detectors and they only need installing: $25 per detector

Annual Inspection/Service

  • Service, clean and test: $60
  • Additional charge of $4 per detector for battery and recycling

Additional Charges

  • Travel charge for mileage exceeding 40 miles: $30
  • Service call: $60
  • 9 Volt lithium battery: $15

Installing Lock Box

Store your house key is in a safe lock box to help police and fire departments gain access into your home faster and without damage to your home during an emergency: $50 installed.
 

Important Disclaimer

Only smoke detectors that are less than ten years old will be serviced. Any smoke detectors more than ten years old will need to be replaced.
